Soft phone icon is not visible to non admin user

Hi Team,

I configured CTI integration with ServiceNow with OpenFrame for ITSM without CSM module in my personal instance with sandiego version.

Admin can see the soft phone icon on the header banner onclick of that dial panel coming up as below

 but this is not available to non admin user.

 

Kindly help me on this.

I have the phone Icon showing on my instances and I don't want it to show.  We won't be using ServiceNow for calling.

How do I remove it??
