I'm getting the following error while trying to trigger an action for the SolarWinds alert to create servicenow incident " Error querying servicenow instance can be offline/not properly configured". I have provided this role "x_sow_intapp.integration_user" to the integration user. FYI, its working fine if i provide admin role to the integration user but not working for non admin role. I have checked all acl's which has the integration user role add for create/read/write operation. Kindly advise.
