Hi everyone,
I'm working on a notification issue in our Dev and UAT environments.
We have a notification set up that should send an email to a specific group when a record meets certain conditions. However, I've noticed that some users in the group are not receiving the email, while others are. Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
The users are part of the group and marked as active.
The notification is configured to send to that group.
The email addresses are correct on the user records.
The notification condition is being met (verified by logs and record updates).
Emails are not suppressed (checked suppression rules and outbound settings).
In the Email > Sent log, those specific users are not listed as recipients.
Environment: Dev and UAT
My Questions:
What else should I check to debug this?
Could there be any difference in how group members are resolved in Dev/UAT?
Is there a way to force email to all group members even if the record doesn't assign them directly?
Any help or guidance is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Generally, in development environments, emails are disabled, so some test email IDs might be mentioned.
Please check if any email IDs are listed here

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Thanks, it's enabled in the production instance, but not active in the development and UAT environments.

So, in this case, the user will not receive any emails until these properties are enabled. Additionally, the email account needs to be set up in both the development and test environments.
