Sonwflakes-servicenow integration through JDBC Data Sourse

Hii,

how to create connection between snowflakes and servicenow through jdbc. I am working on one requirment where i need to monitor status of one service which is running on snowflakes . but am not able to build connection with jdbc through servicenow.

please help me with right approch
