in ServiceNow CSM portal raised complaint by filling all fields and along with field Date issue occurred column and submitted.
Then it will showing error/message as "Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access".
I raised complaint as an end user (by impersonating and as an admin also but getting same message.
Please help me to fix the issue.

RCP name is - log a complaint (sysid of RC is re48adf5a6b722001031cdfd8bee11a9a6)
Table is sn_complaint_case
Field in both catalog and table is -Date issue occured

for admin also it's giving that error?

the user who is submitting should have read access to the target table

Yes the roles are sn_esm_user
sn_esm_agent
sn_customerservice.requester
added an tried also and it was same message .
