Hi All,
Some users try to open requested items that other group members opened but get the next error:
"Sorry, either the data doesn't exists or you don't have access"
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check Group Permissions: Ensure that the users experiencing the issue are members of the correct groups with appropriate permissions to access the requested items. In ServiceNow, permissions are often controlled through roles and group memberships. Verify that the users have the necessary roles assigned to them.

@Maddysunil We have this problem only in one instance although the user has the same permissions. Maybe you have another idea for solving this?

Compare the configurations of the affected instance with those of other instances where users don't encounter the problem. Pay attention to differences in ACLs, roles, groups, and other configuration settings that may affect access permissions.
Also identify any recent changes or updates that may have been made to the affected instance, such as system upgrades, configuration changes, or data imports. Revert or review these changes to see if they may have inadvertently caused the access issue.
