Need Help on below:
On our shared ServiceNow instance, we keep on getting below error in sys log for worker threads triggered through CMDB jobs.
Source descriptor is empty while recording access for event ****cmdb_common_worker_6: no thrown error.
Not able to find the exact reason for this error, it keeps on coming continuously. Can someone explain why this happens and how to avoid this?
