SOW List Issue

One of the user is unable to see the Requests and Catalog Tasks on his List view in SOW.

This user has itil, sn_sow.sow_user, and service_desk_agent roles so I cannot seem to figure out why Requests and Catalog Tasks aren't showing on the List.

@Dr Atul G- LNG @Ademir Amaral1 this user also can search RITM and TASK but these are not in the List view.

Opss. very wired.. I think log a Now support case or create a new account for that user.

Hi @tindiz 

Try removing and adding the roles again.

In addition to this attempt, see if he can see the list (sc_request.LIST or sc_task.LIST)

@Ademir Amaral1 yes, that's actually the first thing that I did. Removed and re-added the roles and I checked in Native UI is he can see sc_request.list and sc_task.list, and yes he does.

 

It is just kinda weird that he don't see those in SOW.
