SOW: Service Dashboard Page

Hello All,

In service operations workspace there is a service dashboard page.
Is it possible to change/modify these things here?

Default | 1 Incident
Service Breakdown options
and show incident below instead of services

Is there any workaround or is it possible to change all things for incident here?

I saw the ui builder page already but there is no configuration there, it is an oob component/app from store that is used there

yes that page must be read-only, you can create a variant of that if it's allowed and then play in that.

Dashboard that is placed in SOW Workspace is Service Dashboard from Store and is pre-defined. You can create a new dashboard and change the dashboard settings but it is not best practices. Create a new variant with order lower than current one and make it active and keep the out of box variant inactive.
