Hello All,
In service operations workspace there is a service dashboard page.
Is it possible to change/modify these things here?
Default | 1 Incident
Service Breakdown options
and show incident below instead of services
Is there any workaround or is it possible to change all things for incident here?

yes, you can. First, check the URL of the dashboard, then open that page in Workspace using UI Builder. Since it’s OOTB, create your own variant of the page. Assign the new variant a lower order so it takes precedence over the OOTB version. Inside UI Builder, you can then configure the necessary changes; For example, updating the title from Services to Incidents. You may also need to create a new data source, or review the data source already configured on the OOTB page for services and adjust it accordingly.

see if anything can be configured from here, if not then you might have to touch and explore inside UI builder to make changes
You can navigate to this Page in Workspace UI builder
In my instance it's IT Agent Dashboard, seems somebody updated the dashboard in your instance

This is a dashboard OOB from store and no such configuration in ui builder

Yes, i have tried from admin center but no luck
I do have the idea of adding PA dashboard to workspace but this dashboard is something else with no configuration in ui builder, is there any workaround?

in my other instance also I am seeing "IT Agent Dashboard"
As mentioned earlier by me someone added some other dashboard there and it looks to me that it's via some plugin
