SOW shows two link to incident option

Hi Community,

In the SOW I see two options "link to incident" how can we remove one of them?

I am not entirely sure where do I find the configurations for SOW UI actions so I am not sure why is it showing two options there.

Ideally there should be only 1 button if both the buttons are doing the same thing.

Check if somebody created a duplicate one.

Hi @chiragpathak 

 

It looks like someone has created a duplicate Declarative UI Action with the same name, which is why it's appearing twice. Out of the box (OOTB), there should only be one. Please check either the Declarative Action or the UI Action configurations
