SOW shows two link to incident option

Hi Community,
In the SOW I see two options "link to incident" how can we remove one of them?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG,
I have searched both I could not find the action itself. Hence why the question as to where could I possibly navigate and find the action?

Try here:
"Also, try repairing or updating the SOW plugin and see if that resolves the issue. Is this happening in your PDI or on a client instance? And is it limited to lower environments, or do you see it in higher environments as well?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG,
I am looking at that itself and I have searched in every module for that action but I could not. It is a client instance. And its in all the instance dev, test and prod
