Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG,
I have searched both I could not find the action itself. Hence why the question as to where could I possibly navigate and find the action?

Hi @chiragpathak

Try here:

"Also, try repairing or updating the SOW plugin and see if that resolves the issue. Is this happening in your PDI or on a client instance? And is it limited to lower environments, or do you see it in higher environments as well?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG,

I am looking at that itself and I have searched in every module for that action but I could not. It is a client instance. And its in all the instance dev, test and prod

Hi @chiragpathak

It appears there are no alternative solutions. I recommend raising a ServiceNow support case for further assistance.
