Use Access Analyzer to debug your ACLs( refer: Troubleshooting Access Control )
For the specific table, review all write ACLs and their associated roles, and confirm that your user has the required permissions.
If the user lacks access to certain fields during record creation, the issue is likely related to field-level create ACLs. //refer: Not having write access while creating new record
