Hi please help to integrate ServiceNow in Vancouver version with Splunk to create events alerts and incidents in servicenow.

You could have Splunk email an alert notification to ServiceNow and have an inbound email action to create an incident.

Another suggestion is to explore ITOM event Management module. You can define the rules to link the event/alert to CI and then create flow for automatically creating an Incident.
