SPM - How to hide Cancel and Delete button in Resources son Classic Project Workspace

I have a requirement to hide the Cancel and Delete button the Classic Project Workspace.

I have tried to deactivate the UI actions but on only the platform button was remove.

Would anyone know where the config is.
