SPM investment funding issue

Hi !

I want to allocate for axemple 1.33k euros of man-day charges including VAT to the "DxxxxxxxxxxxE" envelope (1), an amount that I do indeed have available in reserves (2). When I submit the financing, I then get the following messages which prevents me from completing the operation.

1°) When I do the text on an instance with Vancouver version, I get 2 messages :

message 1 : error  : "the funded opex amount exceeds the available opex amount" (screenshot 2)

Message 2: not error " funding allocated successfully.................................." (screenshot  2 )

2°) When I do the text on an instance with Washington version, I get only one message but different:

The error message is " Fund allocation to investments for the periods: failed due to insufficient funds. Re-plan the failed periods that are highlighted to allocate funds." (screenshot 3)
