Hi,

I am facing an issuer when integrating provider ForgeRock in ServiceNow. All the configuration is done but when testing the connection, the message below appears.

Server Error
An error occurred on the server and it is unable to complete the request. Please try again later.

Below is the configuration.

Any ideas why i am having the message ?

Thanks.

Hi @richardphon ,

Looks like the error is on the server side your request was passed and may be the server did not process your request accordingly. Kindly check the configuration on the ForgeRock  if all setting and attributes are defined for servicenow host.

Hello @richardphon,

We are currently planning to integrate ServiceNow with ForgeRock, and this will be my first time working on this type of integration.

Could you please share how you got started and what approach you followed? I’ve been searching for documentation and related articles but haven’t found much helpful information.

For Phase 1, our goal is to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) between ForgeRock and ServiceNow. Any guidance, recommended steps, or documentation you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!
