SSO is not working

Hi All,

we are using multiprovide SSO and SAML2.0 to enable SSO. In one of our subproduction instance it is not working and showing the error email doesn't exist( for example if test.tes@example.com is email address then we are getting error message "User:test.tes@example.com is not found" )

Please help me to troubleshoot the issue.

Navigate to Multi-provider SSO -->Identity providers --> Open the Active IDP and change the ''User Field' value to 'user_name' instead of 'email'.


Now try login with username not with emailID and check the logs .

Additionally :



With that MultiSSO plugin, it comes with a few installation scripts that we need to activate and disable others.



Disable this Installation Scripts:


- SAML2SingleSignon


- SAML2Logout_update1


- SAML2SingleSignon_update1



And also activate:


- OktaSingleSignOn

Everything was configured correctly and i have already checked but it is showing error in only one instance as in another instance it is working fine.
