SSO stopped working in 3 out of 4 on prem app servers

Hi, our SSO on our On Prem Instance Stopped Working in 3 out of our 4 app servers, we are running the db on mariadb

And rhel8 linux vms as the app servers

We updated to Washington a couple months ago and all was fine until now, we changed the trust store key format from jks to BCKS during the update since without this change the sso didnt work.

Does anyone have an idea how come the sso suddenly stopped working or what can cause such thing to happen?

Hi @tomv 

I'm not sure if SN support will be able to help, or if I'm just thinking way off, but maybe restarting the app server could help. Again, I might be completely wrong, but this could be a way to troubleshoot.
