Hi Everyone,
I am not able to apply my voucher in webassessor.
This voucher has assigned me when I was working with my previous organization.
I have merged that account with my new organization and transferred all my vouchers and certifications to the new organization's email id.

Please share the reason if you know this.

It looks like the voucher is still showing under the previous company. It’s better to log a case with the Now Learning team and wait for an update.
