Hi,
Catalog item is developed added a flow designed by using flow designer. after raising the request the RITM is getting generated and when go to my tickets on portal and clicking on the RITM. It is taking me to standard tickets. on Standard ticket header I am not able to see the stage of the RITM. This is happening only for any item attached with flow. where as any item attached with work flow the stage value is populating on the portal.
I am Attaching the screen shots for your reference. any suggestion is helpful.
Pls have look on the screenshots, the first image is not showing the stage value because it is attached with flow. the second image showing the stage value because it is Attached with workflow.
pls let me know what we need to do to see the stage value for the RITM's which is Attached with the flow and workflow.

Hi Siva,
Could you please check, if you added the stage to your flow?
Within the flow designer you can add stages. Here a picture from the docs.
For more information please check out this document page. After you added a stage to a flow, it should be displayed within the widget of the service portal.
