Stages visibility on list view of sc_req_item

Hi community,

I have created a catalog item and assigned it to flow. The problem is I am unable to see stages in the list view of the RITM. I guess i made issue in flow designer. Here is my flow designer-

There is no approval for the item so i have set approval as approved and stage as fulfiller. I saw some post in community mentioning that stages need to be called in activity of workflows. Since i am using flow designer is this the right approach?

Hi Shubham Bongulw,

Flow Designer has a very particular way of setting stages; you need to master your mouse cursor and then follow this guide 😁

Configure stages and add them to a flow

I hope my response has been helpful. If so, please consider marking it as such. Thank you!

Hi @Shubham Bongulw ,

Hope you are doing great.

Please follow the below measures to troubleshoot the workflow:

  1. Verify Flow Stage Configuration: First, ensure that you have correctly configured the stages within the Flow Designer for your catalog item. Each stage should be defined with appropriate activities and transitions. Check if all the necessary stages are present and properly connected.

  2. Check Flow Trigger Conditions: Confirm that the trigger conditions defined for each stage in the Flow Designer are appropriately set. The trigger conditions determine when a stage becomes active and visible in the list view of the RITM.

  3. Validate Flow Activity Execution: Make sure that the activities within each stage are configured correctly and are executing as expected. Check for any errors or misconfigurations that might prevent the activities from running properly. Review the activity settings and associated scripts or actions to ensure they are functioning correctly.

  4. Inspect Flow Transitions: Examine the transitions between stages in the Flow Designer. Verify that the conditions for transitioning from one stage to another are properly defined and aligned with the expected behavior. Check for any missing or incorrect transition conditions that could be causing stages to be skipped or hidden in the list view.

  5. Test Flow Execution: Perform a test run of the flow with sample data to observe its behavior.

Please mark the appropriate response as correct answer and helpful, This may help other community users to follow correct solution.
