I have given a user stakeholder license which also provides the approver user role. However, when they are an approver on a record they cannot edit any of the fields. Not sure what the cause is, possibly some ACL? I have tried removing the stakeholder license and only applying approver_user, but no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated!
**EDIT**
I have just created a new Personal Dev Instance. I tested creating a new catalog item with a simple flow of requesting approval.
I then chose a user profile with no roles and applied the role approver_user, and still, all of the fields were not editable.
The role states the following - The role required by Approver users. Approver users can modify requests for approval routed to them. They also have all capabilities of Requesters. Note there is a fee associated with this role. Do not assign it to users without confirming your organization has the appropriate entitlement.

Hi Jacob,
I think there must be any ACL stopping that. Refer to this KB Article for debugging this issue.

This is helpful information but I just edited my original message. Even out of the box this does not work, which is weird. Guess this means that I don't have a custom ACL causing an issue.
