Standard Change Template Name - English - French Text Translation

I want to translate the Template Name text from English text to French text for al  template names. I am unable to edit the text and the field is Read Only.

How to translate the text. Please guide me the steps.

I have to physically change the text to french, so that when I enabled the French Language on the instance and the text in template name field will be translated to french language.

As detailed via ServiceNow support, follow the below steps noting you can only change the name after you 'Request Approval' - see below step 4:

 follow the steps below in order to modify the Template Name of a Standard Change Template -
1. Open the Standard Change Template you wish to rename.
2. Scroll down and click 'Modify Template' under Related Links.
3. Fill in any mandatory fields and then click 'Request Approval'. This will then create a Standard Change Proposal and it should also redirect you to the Standard Change Proposal.
4. In the Standard Change Proposal, you will see the editable 'Template Name' field. Edit this to whatever you want your Standard Change Template to be called and save the form.
5. Under the 'Approvers' tab, approve the Standard Change Proposal and the Standard Change Template will now be renamed.
