Stop Service Portal page scroll bar from jumping to center of page

Hi,

 

I have created a tab widget that calls different widgets based on the tab selected.  I noticed that when the page loads the scroll bar is at the top of the page, but when I select one of the tabs and if the data on that tab requires you to scroll it will jump the scroll bar to the center of the page.  This forces you to have to scroll back up to the top of the page to switch to a different tab.

 

Does anyone know how I can stop my page from doing this?  It is rather annoying.  I never noticed this before.
