Store Applications do not appear in free personal dev instances.

Hi,

I currently have a Personal Developer Instance of ServiceNow. I would like to try an integration with a 3rd party application from the ServiceNow Store- Solarwinds. however I'm not getting application listed in download list. When I click the "Get" button, I am prompted for my HI ServiceNow Credentials or Don't have HI credentials?. I clicked on Don't have HI credentials? and gave my personal email & personal instance name. After which it asks for comments and then it says your request have been sent to you company's admin. I'm not sure how it will send request to my company admin from personal account. If anyone knows the process then request to kindly share.

Thanks

Hi Tejesh,

As per my knowledge not possible to get the HI credentials for For PDI, i guess it was just a message after submitting request.

For personal developer instance Servicenow does not provide Hi Credentials. Hence you can't login to servicenow Hi account.

If you want Hi credentials then you need to buy a servicenow instance from servicenow.

HI account is not part of the personal developer program.
