In CSA course Capstone Project Task 3 Automate Service Catalog Item Fulfillment Strawberry Workflow can not proceed after request is rejected, while it works well after request is approved Description: in SNAF Capstone Project Task 3, Automate Service Catalog Item Fulfillment, after I complete the Strawberry Workflow and verify, I tried a req is approved and then the flow runs as expected, however it does not work (hold on wait step) after req is rejected. I can not find the cause after carefully checking the flow, also confirm the req is rejected normally. Even I update the "wait" step from "wait approved or rejected" to "wait only rejected", still not found. Details in attached word doc. My instance is https://dev308494.service-now.com/
