styling record producer containers in service portal

Hello Experts

we are currently using a record producer in our service portal for incident creation.

i was able to get the record producer form look like attachment 1.png in the portal.

however our company has a requirement to make it look like the mockup in attachment 2.png to match the company styling requirements.

i am especially looking to add the borders for containers .

has anyone been able to do something similar to this.

any ideas will be of great help..

Hi Ahmed,

You need to customise OOTB widget "SC Catalog Item" to change the styling.

But as another approach , you can create a custom widget with same fields in HTML and copy to the variables created in record producer. And you need to hide record producer variables on the record producer level and hide widget on the table & show only variables
