Hi All,
This client has a submenu on the service portal but it doesnt stay in its position and disappears when a topic is clicked on. I went to my pdi and see that this exists ootb; but the options are differently configured on the client instance.
How do I configure the submenu? Is it worth making a copy of the ootb and then reediting what comes up in this submenu
