Hi, 

We have a requirement to modify (or Clone) this widget and remove the options for

 

Knowledge Base Notifications 

  • The Article is checked out
  • The article is commented

Knowledge Article Notifications

  • The Article is checked out
  • The article is commented

Is anyone aware of a way to achieve this use case?

Hi Lee, 
Did you end up finding a way to fulfill that requirement? We are exploring that widget's capabilities right now as well, and I was having trouble finding where do configure those options.
