Survey Assessment Multiple Selection field

I am trying to use Multiple Selection datatype in questions in surveys. 

Now when I am seeing this question on Survey instance on Portal/Native UI, I see a long list of checkboxes which will be an issue in prod as it contains hundreds of records

Is there a way to see a concise view of the list. Maybe, like List collector on the catalog.

No. i used single selection because of tool limitations
