Survey created is sending two survey invitations instead of one notification

Hi all,

I have created a survey for the Requested item table and have added a trigger condition to send when that particular catalog item is closed complete to send a survey notification.

But I have observed a strange behaviour, it is sending two survey notifications instead of one notification and also it is creating two assessment instances.

Can anyone help me figuring out the problem here.

Hi Roger,

If notification being sent out are same then possibly it is getting updated twice. You can try using events for the same.

We have set the trigger condition as closed complete and it is sending two notifications and creating two assessment instances,

can you let me know how can we achieve what you are suggesting.
