Hi,
I have a survey created in the mobile app that consists
“The second question is a reference field (sys_user) that currently allows selecting only one user at a time. How can I enable it to select multiple users?”
What are possible ways we can achieve this?

Hi @Mounika30 ,
the only I can see is choosing the type multiple selection with reference table
But this is not a good approach as instances might have so many users this might timeout while loading.
apart from this I don't see any other option and
you can try submitting an idea with ServiceNow this is really useful and needed
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @Mounika30 ,
If the data type is reference type then only one option is allowed but if we choose list type then multiple use can be selected. So if there is no problem in using this you can use.
