Survey for case type

I have scenario where I have created case type , we need surveys to trigger for the case type. I have created new survey in the scoped app . However the CSAT survey of case(sn_customerservice_task) is generated. How to solve this issue as I need the new custom surveys to be triggered . The trigger on the survey has the table as the new case type.

Issue was that repeat interval was set in the custom surveys whereas in the OOTB CSAT survey , nothing is specified. It is getting triggered now.

You need to modify the trigger condition on "CSAT survey of case" survey to exclude the new case type.

None of the survey triggers after adding condition in the trigger rule of 'Customer Service Satisfaction Survey',  to exclude the new case type

Could you share the screenshots of both survey configurations?
