Survey for is not working as per Trigger Condition, any alternative way?

Hi,

Need to trigger the Survey form for particular Catalog.

There is a Trigger condition as it is configured according to the requirement, and it is working well for another catalog but not for one catalog. But we need to trigger the survey form for particular catalog anyhow

Please let me know what can be done.

I have checked all the community answer but it is not helping me. I need to trigger forcefully the survey without making any changes in BR, Trigger condition, catalog item, survey conditon
