Survey - How to add an image to the question for reference?

Hi guys,

Started looking into surveys today for the first time and the designer etc. look good, however I can't find a way to (easily) insert an image as part of a question.

For example, I want something along the lines of... "Take a look at the picture above and answer yes/no".

I was expecting to find something in the details section that would allow me to add an image, but only see options to format text:

find_real_file.png

Guessing that this feature is not support yet (on London release) or there's something I haven't enabled?

I've searched through previous posts about this topic but haven't found an answer.

Thanks,

Chiu

Survey provides the question using image as one of the type, better you can use it

Thanks for the link!

Looks like the closest thing available is the "Image Scale" data type, but you need to have a minimum of 2 images and it also reduces the image to a max of 64 x 64 pixels, so not really practical to use for what I hope to achieve.

Might be able to work around this using the "Attachment" data type, but I don't see a way to provide an attachment as part of the question (seems it only allows the end user to add attachments?).

I found that the survey designer is actually limiting this, so if you directly navigate to the assessment metric record (on the asmt_metric table), you can use the "Insert/edit Image" button on the Details field to insert a picture. The image will show while taking the survey, and within the survey designer the image will render but not be editable.
