Record producer is not searchable in portal

I've got a record producer that has a catalog and a category set for it to show on the Service Portal.

It is showing inside the category but not showing while searching.

Any idea what need to check ?

Can you please share how you have configured your record producer, which catalog and Category selected?

Catalog is MDM Catalog

Category is Single request changes
