Hello,
I am trying to create a new survey, I went to Survey Designer - create new - added my questions, then Saved & Published.
Then I went to "View Survey", opened the survey, and clicked "Assign Survey".. when I did that, i got a message that says "Instance Could not be Created". I checked business rules, UI pages, policies, etc and cannot find what is driving that error message. We have other surveys out there that I can assign just fine. For testing purposes, I also copied a survey that I am able to assign, and when I copy & save and try to assign, I even get the error message. Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
Do you have categories associated in the related list?
Do you have assesseble records?
I would check there and apply as needed. Copying the survey as you did (for the other example), probably also didn't copy those categories, thus the error showed in both scenarios.
