Survey is showing as Expired but still it is allowing user to take the Survey

Hi All,

In Service Portal Homepage, I have added the My Surveys Widget. There are some of the Widgets which are showing as Expired, but still when the user clicks on the link it is allowing the user to undergo the Survey.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this. It should not allow the user to take the Survey once he clicks the Survey Link instead it should open a different page with a Pop Up Message that "your survey has been expired".

Thanks for your response. It worked for me. Can you please guide me on how the Due Date is getting calculated.

Because I can still see the Due Date field on My Surveys Widget in Portal Homepage.

And I do want to define one Scheduled Script on Survey table which will make the state of the record cancelled or inactive once the survey created is 10 days ago.

So that the user can't able to access the Survey anymore. And if user can still accessible, on open display a message that survey is expired.

Can you please suggest here?
