Hello,
We are exploring the possibility of adding surveys after our incidents are resolved/closed to get customer feedback. When going through the documentation, I can't seem to figure out if Survey Management is out of the box? I also see Service Portal referenced a lot, but we aren't there yet. Does anyone know if we can if this is something we can implement with out service portal?

Hi,
Yes survey and assessment is OOB feature available and you can customise it also.For utilising this feature you have to first enable the survey plugin.
