Survey not triggering for catalog item

I have created new Survey for a particular catalog item, but it is not triggering and also when i try to View Survey URL, it showing an empty page.

Hi Siva,
Can you please attach the screenshot of the survey as well? There seems to be no issue with the trigger, and the link for the survey must work even before your trigger's testing

the trigger condition looks fine to me.

Are you sure your RITM is moving to State = Close Complete?

Hi @sivaprasad0725 ,

in the screenshot you added the condition trigger randomly. That may be the issue. Can you try uncheck it.

@sivaprasad0725 Test trigger conditions met correctly, and it will work, there is no problem in trigger
