Survey Notification for task

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to create survey notification for both sc_task and Incident in one survey. When I am trying to create for both, in trigger conditions I am giving table as task but its is not working for both, and how to send notification in interval.I gave interval as 30min but email not triggered is this to be configured in notification?

HI @nandini29 ,

 

What is working and what is not working? Why not make the filter condition more simple, as assignment group and state I guess is the same no matter the task type?

Hi @AndersBGS 

The survey interval isn’t working correctly — when I try to send a reminder survey 30 minutes after the first one, it doesn’t trigger as expected. The survey notification itself is working, but the task number isn’t being passed to the survey.

When I specify the table as task, it only captures the catalog task number, not the incident number. As you can see below, the trigger ID is empty for the incident notification
