Survey option 'not applicable'

I want to put the "Not Applicable" option as the last option in a Survey Template question?

There is an option to "Allow not applicable" on a survey question, but it looks like that option is first in the list always. Is it possible to move this option to the end?

I would say you can use the Survey Designer to manage that.

Thanks for you response. I can only change the order of the choices which I have created for a particular question.

I want to move the option 'Not relevant' from the top to the bottom of the list. Option 'Not relevant' is not visible in the Survey designer. The order should showing in the below format

1) Excellent

2) Good

3) Poor

4) Bad

5) Not relevant

Does anyone have a solution to this question?  Take an NPS Template question for example - how do you get NA to show on the right side of the scale?
