Hi All,
We have upgraded from Eureka to Geneva. After upgrade if the user is an enduser then if the user clicks on survey url or ticket url provided in the email butthe user is redirecting to homepage. In eureka it worked fine after upgrade only ENDUSERS(without roles) are facing this issue.
we suspect that the issue with the property "glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess", we have enabled it in Geneva and when we clear the value (value is none) then it is working fine. But we want yo redirect endusers to ess page only. How we can do this.
could you anyone please advice on how to solve this issue.
Thanks and regards,
Swamy

Hello Amardi,
I faced the issue that while upgrading to Geneva, some ACL's went crazy, which may be the issue here.
I suggest checking the ACL's and control rules for surveys and survey page.
Thou they might not be different, they may act different after upgrading to geneva.
Regards,
Michal

Hi there,
Check ACL on the table that has surveys. To do this go to that table -> configure -> security rules(or something like this)
And there you probably want a create rule, if not write.. correct me if Im wrong.
More on this here: Using Access Control Rules - ServiceNow Wiki
But this is just an ACL, I dont want to be skeptic but I double its only about the ACL in this case. I dont have any more idea about this issue

Michal
