HI SN Gurus,
I’m exploring the possibility of integrating SUSE Manager with ServiceNow, specifically leveraging REST API for the integration, and would love to hear if anyone in the community has implemented this or knows of an existing use case. I’m curious about how the two systems could work together—perhaps syncing system management data, automating workflows via REST API calls, or tracking incidents related to SUSE-managed systems in ServiceNow. Any insights, examples, or pointers to documentation would be greatly appreciated!

Glenn / All,
I have similar questions. It appears to come in automatically with the Yokohama upgrade and is a pre-configured CSAF URL based integration. I let it run in one of our sub-prods and I don't have a clear understanding of what it's doing. Additionally, I can't locate any documentation from ServiceNow other than it exists, it active by default, etc.
SN Doc: Generic framework to ingest data from any solution vendor
What I saw in our sub-prod:
- By default it's configured to run weekly on Saturday at roughly 1AM
- Within the Vulnerability Integration Run it's noted as ‘Success’ and also ‘Wait Complete’
- There is a large volume of records associated, many which are in a waiting state
Any insight, assistance, or documentation anyone can provide would be really helpful!
