Hi,
Have not been able to find anything on swagger and ServiceNow.
Is there a plugin or another tool in ServiceNow that can generate the swagger spec for a webservice created in servicenow?

There is nothing defined anywhere I'm aware of that can generate this without some one building and maintaining it.

I confused on how servicenow is "supporting" openapi without providing the required spec file.
