SYS_choice records automatically deleted

Hi,

I have a issue in one of my instances. Few records in the "Sys_choice " table are deleting automatically without user interaction,

I have checked the logs and did   find a record in "sys_metadata_delete" table. this is happening for few set of records in sys_choice table and it is happening weekly twice. these records are entered manually into sys_choice table and captured in update set. Please help?

Can you check the field created by/updated by on the table "sys_metadata_delete" for those deleted records?

It is showing one of my resource name . But he did not deleted

This is happening at the time of moving   any update set. Just now we had a call with "HI" support team. they said they will investigate the issue.
