sys_physical_table_stat is missing some tables eg. incident, change, some custom tables

Hello,

 

I'm trying to create a report to display table sizes for specific tables but I notice some tables are missing from the sys_physical_table_stat table. Are there specific policies or limitation on what should be recorded here? How c
