sys_user table not visible in custom application

Hello Team,

I am trying to create Custom Application using App Engine Studio, where on custom table I have created a custom reference field and trying to select the sys_user table but I am not able see the table from drop down please let me know if something is missing.

@Community Alums 

Are you sure your sys_user table has Allow configuration checkbox checked?

If yes then only you can select your table during a field creation from other scope

I have gone through the above thread already, but the solution was not working for me. I made user table as Extensible but still same issue.
