System adding updates to update set

Hi guys,
I'm facing some issues with my update sets. Out of nowhere, without working on my instance that day, I saw that System added multiple updates (changes in system_properties, catalog items, record producers) without me doing anything. Is it normal and what should I do regarding that ? Is it better to move those updates to "Default" or would it be better to keep it in the update set ?

what type of updates are those?
Who is the created/update by for those?
Even if upgrade or any patch gets applied it should not impact update set.

Ideally this should not happen and it's strange as all are updated by system user
Please check this
1) few of the record producers got updated by system, so please check the version if upgrade happened etc
But I would recommend raising HI ticket for this to identify root-cause and get a resolution
